Question
What if I accidentally uploaded a low-resolution file? Will it print in low quality?
Answer
We print the file you supply, so resolution is yours to verify before the order goes in. A low-resolution file will print at that same low quality.
- Check image resolution before submitting. 300 DPI at final size is the print standard.
- Enlarging a small or web-sized image makes it look soft or pixelated in print.
- Confirm your file meets the product's specifications before uploading.
- When in doubt, start from the highest-resolution original you have.
