Baptism Printing For The Ceremony And The Party

A baptism happens once, and four printed pieces carry it: invitations, a vinyl banner for the chapel door, keepsake cards and thank you notes.

4OVER4.COM has printed for families, churches and event planners since 1999. Choose the pieces you need here and get back to the rest of the planning.

Invitations, Banners, Keepsakes And Thank Yous

Baptism Invitations go out first and can come with matching white wove envelopes. Baptism Banners mark the space, whether that is a chapel entrance or a reception hall. Baptism Cards become the keepsake godparents and grandparents hold onto, and Baptism Thank You Cards close the loop once the celebration is over.

From The Church Door To The Mailbox

At the Church

The invitation sets the tone before anyone arrives, and a welcome banner near the entrance greets guests as they walk in. A 2 by 4 foot banner suits an intimate chapel, and an 8 foot banner fills the front of a full sanctuary.

At the Reception

Once the ceremony ends, the party begins. A second banner over the cake table, in the same palette as the invitation, ties the room to the day.

After the Celebration

Baptism Cards carry the baby's name, the date and a short verse, sized to slip into a frame or an album. Baptism Thank You Cards go out afterward and close the day with a bit of grace.

Size, Stock And Palette

Settle three things before you order: the size, the stock and the palette. A 5 by 7 invitation on 16pt soft touch or 18pt premium white linen feels substantial, and two or three colors carried across every piece keep the set together. Soft blues, whites and golds are classics, and pastels or sage greens work too.

A thicker stock suits invitations and keepsake cards. For finish, uncoated reads elegant and understated, high gloss UV brings out photo-heavy designs, and soft touch feels velvety on the cards people mean to keep. Leave a little white space in every layout.

File Check And Delivery Record

Every order gets a free file check before it prints. 4OVER4.COM has printed for more than 25 years and served 150,000+ businesses. Company wide, 99.8% of orders arrive on time and 82% ship early.

Baptism FAQ

What paper stocks can I choose for baptism cards and invitations?

Both lists run from 10pt StarLustre Platinum to 26pt Metallic Pearl Ice. Keepsake cards add 15pt synthetic plastic and 18pt rigid PVC, which resist tearing and water, while invitations and thank you cards add an 18pt kraft. Baptism Banners print on 13oz outdoor or 15oz blackout vinyl.

What sizes do baptism prints come in?

Invitations and thank you cards come in 4.25 by 5.5, 5 by 7 or 6 by 6 inches, keepsake cards in 14 sizes from 2.5 by 2.5 to 6 by 11 inches, and banners in 23 sizes from 2 by 4 to 8 by 20 feet or any size.

Can each keepsake card carry a different name?

Yes. Baptism Cards offer variable data at checkout, so one order can print a card for each godparent or guest with their own name on it.

How quickly can baptism printing arrive?

Same day is offered on every piece: order by 12pm ET and it ships from our Queens plant that day. Production otherwise counts from proof approval, so leave room mainly for mailing the invitations.

What does a small baptism order cost?

25 invitations or 25 thank you cards cost $19.77, 50 keepsake cards cost $16.48, and a single 2 by 4 foot banner is $79.

Can I see a proof before my baptism order prints?

Yes. A free online proof is available on every piece, so you can check names, dates and scripture references before anything goes to press. If you would rather not design from scratch, ready-to-customize baptism templates give you a layout to start from.
