Put Your Whole Pitch on One Page
A sales sheet keeps selling after you leave the room. A rep leaves one after a meeting, a distributor drops it in a product kit, a realtor sets it on the counter at an open house, and a founder mails it to a lead who never called back. We print it full color on the front or both sides, 50 for $75.80, and buyers rate it 5.0 out of 5 across 63 reviews.
At volume each sheet costs cents, it fits a binder or a mailer, and the material sets the tone before anyone reads a word. Every sales sheet style we print is on sales sheets printing; the choices below build the standard one.
Fifty sheets for one sales meeting work out to about $1.52 each, and a trade show stack or a full mailing brings that down to cents. The tiers below give the total at each of the 25 quantities up to 25,000.

Folding, perforating and hole punching sit on top of those four, and they are set out in their own section below.
What is a sales sheet
A sales sheet is a single-page marketing document, usually 8.5" x 11", that lays out one product, service, or offer in full color. At 4OVER4.COM it prints on one or both sides in 5 sizes, from 8.5" x 11" up to 11" x 25.5", on any of 9 materials, with the size, ink, finish, folding, and turnaround all set in the live configurator.
The page has to make the pitch without you, so it carries the headline, the evidence, the specs and the next step in one layout. You set 4/0 front-only or 4/4 double-sided ink, the material and the size, and the total changes with each pick. If you want a premium look on the same page, the Metallic Sales Sheets print on a shimmer stock, and the Kraft Sales Sheets bring a natural brown-paper feel.
The size to start from is 8.5" x 11", the standard letter sheet. It drops into a sales binder, slides into a folder pocket, folds in three for a business envelope and reprints on any office printer your customer owns, which is why most sales sheets never leave it. Go taller, up to 11" x 25.5" or a custom 11" x 26", when the sheet has to fold down into panels or carry a full product table without shrinking the type.
Pick a different product when the job is genuinely different. A flyer is the cheaper choice for a high volume handout that gets read once and dropped, since nobody files a flyer. A rack card is what to print when the piece has to stand up in a countertop or wall display rather than lie flat in a binder.
The nine materials cover four different jobs, and most buyers order custom sales sheets on more than one of them for the same product line.
- Counter handout. 70# uncoated text is the lightest of the nine and takes a pen, so a rep can write a price or a name on it across the counter. 100# gloss or silk text gives product photography more depth for the same easy stack.
- Mailed leave behind. 80# gloss cover and 100# silk cover hold their shape through a mail run and still feel like something worth keeping when they land on a desk rather than in a recycling bin.
- Sales binder insert. 14pt gloss cover and 14pt recycled uncoated cover are stiff enough to be pulled out of a binder every week without curling, and the recycled option is the one to reach for when the buyer asks what the sheet is made of.
- Shop floor and outdoors. Waterproof 8mil and 15pt synthetic plastic do not tear or pulp, which is what a spec sheet needs beside a machine, in a warehouse or at an outdoor demo.
Finish goes on top of the stock. Leave it Standard, or add a High Gloss UV Coating when the sheet is handled daily and the colors need to stay sharp under fingerprints.
What sizes do sales sheets come in
Sales sheets come in 5 set sizes: the standard 8.5" x 11" letter, 8.5" x 14" legal, 9" x 12", 11" x 17", and a tall 11" x 25.5". You can also set a custom size up to 11" x 26" to fit the copy and images you need to show. The 5 sizes, both finishes and the 9 materials appear below in the configurator's order.
The 8.5" x 11" letter slides into any binder, folder or standard mailer. Choose 8.5" x 14" legal when the copy runs long, and 9" x 12" or 11" x 17" when a spec sheet needs room for tables, photos and a feature list. The 11" x 25.5" makes a long fold-out. For an exact trim, set a custom size up to 11" x 26", and the price follows the size.
What paper stocks and finishes can you choose
Our sales sheets print on 9 materials: 70# uncoated text, 100# gloss text, 100# silk/matte text, 80# gloss cover, 100# silk/matte cover, 14pt gloss cover, a 14pt uncoated cover with 30% post-consumer recycled content, plus 8mil and 15pt synthetic plastic. Finish is Standard or High Gloss UV Coating, and ink prints 4/0 front only or 4/4 on both sides.
The text weights, 70# uncoated and 100# gloss or silk text, keep a mailer or handout low in cost and easy to fold. The cover weights, 80# gloss, 100# silk and 14pt gloss, stay stiff through a week in a sales bag. The 14pt uncoated cover carries 30% post-consumer recycled content and takes a pen. For a sheet that lives outdoors, in a warehouse or on a job site, the 8mil and 15pt synthetic plastic are waterproof and tear-resistant. A High Gloss UV Coating sharpens photos and logos.
Can you fold, perforate, or hole-punch a sales sheet
Yes. Sales sheets support 10 folding options, including a half fold and a trifold, an optional tear-off perforation, and a three-hole punch in a 1/4" or 5/16" hole size for binders. You can also bundle the finished sheets into stacks, all set in the live configurator.
A half fold or a trifold, two of the 10 folding choices, turns one page into a self-mailer or a brochure-style handout; the others include the Z-fold, accordion and gate fold. A perforation makes the bottom of the sheet a tear-off reply slip, coupon or order form. The three-hole punch, in a 1/4" or 5/16" hole, lets the sheet go into a 3-ring sales binder or product kit as it arrives. On a team order, bundling groups the finished sheets into stacks ready to split between reps.
Who Orders Custom Sales Sheets
Distributors. One sheet per line item, printed on 14pt cover, hole punched and dropped into the binder a rep carries. When a manufacturer changes one spec, only that sheet gets reprinted instead of the whole catalog, which is the reason the format survives.
Real estate teams. A property sheet is printed the day the listing goes live and set out at the open house, so it is usually a short run on 100# gloss text with the photograph across the top and the agent details at the foot. Rush production matters more than unit price here.
Equipment dealers. Spec sheets live where the machine lives. Waterproof 8mil or 15pt synthetic plastic survives a workshop floor, rain at a demo day and hands that are not clean, and it stays readable after all three.
B2B reps. The leave behind after a meeting. Full color on both sides, 8.5" x 11" so it slides straight into a folder pocket, and enough copies for the people who were not in the room.
How much do sales sheets cost
Sales sheets start at $75.80 per set of 50, about $1.52 a sheet, and the per-sheet price keeps dropping as the quantity climbs toward 25,000. A 500-sheet run is $207.60, roughly $0.42 each, 1,000 sheets run $240.55 at about $0.24 each, and a 6,000-sheet run is $532.72, down near 9 cents a sheet. The ladder has 25 quantity tiers. How do sales sheets compare to the rest of the range
The standard sales sheet gives you a full color page at any run size. If you are also pricing a shimmer stock, a natural kraft look or a staggered-cut set, the chart below puts sales sheets beside their closest siblings, the Staggered Cut Sales Sheets, Metallic Sales Sheets, and Kraft Sales Sheets, with the starting price of each.
How fast can you get sales sheets printed
Sales sheets print on a 3 business day standard turnaround, and when a date sneaks up you can move that to 2-day, Next-Day or even Same-Day production. Each step buys back time for a set percentage on top of the base price, so you only pay for speed when you actually need it. Same Day orders need to be approved by noon EST to ship that day. And 99.8% of 4OVER4.COM orders land on time, with 82% shipping early, so you are not gambling on the date of a pitch or a mailing.
