Aluminum Adhesive Foils For Floor, Glow And Wall Graphics
Aluminum adhesive foils put your print on an aluminum foil vinyl with a pressure-sensitive backing: textured 8mil foil for floors so it takes foot traffic, smooth 8mil foil for walls, and a glow vinyl for floors that need to show in the dark. Floor graphics come in 9 by 18, 12 by 24, 18 by 24 or 24 by 36 inches or any size you enter, from $29 for one, and glow floor graphics start at $49.
Same metallic base, three jobs: one walks the floor of your store or event, one glows once the lights drop, and one turns a blank wall into brand space.
Silver Showing Through, No Lamination Needed
The metallic base does something a white sheet can't. Where your art leaves open space, the raw aluminum shows through as a bright silver accent, and printed colors pick up a subtle sheen without any extra lamination. Dark, saturated inks look especially sharp against it.
The textured face on floor graphics gives shoes something to grip, while the smooth wall foil keeps a cleaner finish at eye level.
Store Aisles, Dark Venues And Blank Walls
Floor graphics steer people toward a sale, a booth or an entrance, in a retail aisle, a trade show hall, a lobby or a warehouse walkway.
The glow version, printed on Aluminum GLOW vinyl, charges under light and stays visible when a room goes dark, which suits low-light wayfinding, late-night venues and any path you want people to follow after hours. Wall graphics turn plain surfaces into signs, storefront branding or a photo backdrop.
Negative Space, Bold Type And Shapes
Leave clean negative space so the silver surface reads as part of the artwork, and use bold, high-contrast colors that stand out against the metal. Pale colors print thin on a silver base, so keep pastels for small accents.
Keep type bold and legible, since fine hairlines can get lost on a shiny surface. These foils print as rectangles or at a custom size; for a sticker or label that follows a logo outline, the die cutting collection has the shaped options.
Sizes, Prices And Four Day Production
You can order a single graphic or up to 100 in one order. Browse the wider aluminum printing range if you need formats beyond floors and walls.

Aluminum Adhesive Foils FAQ
What materials do the graphics in this collection print on?
Each format uses an aluminum foil vinyl. Aluminum Floor Graphics run on 8mil textured foil, Aluminum Glow Floor Graphics on glow vinyl, and Aluminum Wall Graphics on 8mil smooth foil. All three carry a metallic surface over a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing.
Can I get custom sizes or shapes for aluminum foil graphics?
Floor graphics come in four presets from 9 by 18 to 24 by 36 inches or any size you enter, and glow floor and wall graphics are made to the width and height you enter.
What surfaces do aluminum adhesive foils stick to?
They are made for smooth, clean surfaces such as sealed floors, painted walls, glass, metal and hard plastic. Textured or porous surfaces such as raw wood can weaken the bond, so wipe the area with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry before applying.
How fast can I get an aluminum foil graphics order?
Standard turnaround is 4 business days after proof approval. Floor graphics can move to 2 days and wall graphics to 1, 2 or 3 days at checkout, and glow floor graphics take 4. Across 4OVER4 orders, about 82% ship early.
What file format should I send for aluminum foil artwork?
Submit a high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS in CMYK at 300 DPI with 0.125 inch bleed on all sides. If you want the raw aluminum to show through as a design element, leave those areas transparent or uncolored in your file.
Are aluminum foil graphics made for indoor or outdoor use?
The floor and glow formats are made for walkways, aisles and venues, and the wall format for interior walls and storefront branding. For a long outdoor install, call 718-932-2700 before you order so the stock matches the site.
