4OVER4.COM works to make every page of this site usable for people with disabilities, from browsing products to approving a proof. We believe every person has the right to use the web with dignity, equality, comfort and independence, and accessibility work helps every customer who orders here.

Our goal is for the website to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at levels A and AA. In practice that means text you can resize, color contrast you can read, pages you can move through with a keyboard, and images with text descriptions.

We work with external accessibility consultants, who review the site and guide our fixes against the current criteria, and we use software tools alongside that review.

Those tools help us find problems on the product pages and in the price calculator, so customers with different needs can choose a size, a paper and a quantity.

Accessibility on 4OVER4.COM

4OVER4.COM offers UserWay's Web Accessibility Widget, which runs on a dedicated accessibility server. The widget helps 4OVER4.COM improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), and it gives you controls for text size, contrast and spacing on every page, as the next section explains.

Enabling the Accessibility Menu

To open the 4OVER4.COM accessibility menu:

1. Click the round help widget button in the bottom-right corner of any page.
2. Select Accessibility from the menu that opens.
3. The accessibility panel will load and dock on the left side of the screen.
4. If you're on a page other than the first one you visited, the page will briefly refresh while the panel loads, this is expected.

Once loaded, use the accessibility panel to adjust font size, contrast, cursor, spacing, link highlighting, reading guides, and more. Your preferences are remembered across pages.
