• Email a copy of your NYS Tax Exemption Certificate or NYS Resale Certificate.
• We can then remove sales tax from your account or from a specific order.
• Sales tax is not retroactively reimbursed on orders placed more than 30 days ago.
• Submit your certificate before ordering to keep the exemption clean from the start.
