Question

What happens if my image has low resolution?

Answer

Low-resolution images print blurry, and no software trick fixes that. Forcing a small image to display at a higher DPI does not add real detail, so the print still comes out soft.

  • Start from a genuinely high-resolution source image rather than upscaling a small one.
  • Aim for 300 DPI at the final print size.
  • If the system detects low resolution during file review, you are notified before printing.
  • Unsure whether an image will hold up at your size? Contact support for guidance.
