What file naming conventions should I use when uploading files?

Clean file names upload the most reliably. Rename your file before uploading and strip out anything that is not a standard character.

• Remove special characters such as # % & / \ * ? and accent marks.
• Stick to letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores.
• Keep the name short and descriptive, for example front-card.pdf.

If a file still will not upload after renaming, email it to customer support and they can add it to your order for you.
