What color space should I use for my files?

Prepare all files in the CMYK color space before you submit them. Printing is done in CMYK, so files already built that way reproduce most accurately.

• Set your document to CMYK from the start rather than converting at the end.
• Convert placed photos and logos to CMYK too, not just the base document.
• Watch saturated RGB colors, which can look duller once they are in CMYK.
• Export a print-ready PDF so the color space stays fixed.
