What file format should I use for adhesive vinyl printing?

A print-ready PDF is the preferred format for adhesive vinyl, though several vector and raster formats work well. Set your file up like this:

• Format: PDF preferred. AI, EPS, PSD, and TIFF also accepted
• Color mode: CMYK
• Resolution: 150 DPI minimum at full print size
• Bleed: 0.125" on all sides

Reviewing a digital proof before printing is the easiest way to catch resolution or color issues before they reach the press.
