Why do my online proofs look blurry?

Online proofs are delivered at low resolution for fast on-screen viewing, so a slightly soft or blurry appearance is normal and does not reflect your printed quality.

• The low-resolution image loads quickly and is meant for layout and content review, not a pixel-level quality check.
• As long as your file representative did not flag your files as low resolution, there is no quality concern with the final print.
• If you want to confirm print quality in hand, request a hard copy proof, which carries a separate fee.
