Where do I upload my design file on the website?
Answer
File upload becomes available once your product is in the cart, not on the product page itself.
- Add the product to your cart first.
- Open the cart page, where the upload option appears.
- Upload your files from there.
If you do not see an upload button, it usually means the item has not been added to the cart yet.
