When will I receive proofs after uploading my files?

Once your files are uploaded, proofs are generated and sent for your approval shortly afterward. The exact timing depends on current volume, but you will be notified as soon as they are ready.

• Check your email: proof notifications are sent there.
• Check your dashboard: proofs also appear in your account.
• No proof yet: if you do not see one within a reasonable window, contact support.

Approving your proof is what moves the job into production, so review it promptly.
