- Choose Reject Proofs on the order.
- Enter specific feedback in the comments, such as text edits or color notes.
- A technician reviews your comments and uploads revised proofs.
- Review the new proof and approve it once it is right.
The clearer your notes, the fewer rounds it usually takes to get the proof approved.
