If a proof is incorrect or you spot an error, reject it and describe exactly what is wrong. The proofing stage exists to fix these issues before anything prints.

- Enter detailed feedback in the comments section so the team knows precisely what to change.
- Our technical team reviews your files and comments.
- You receive a new proof link once the corrected proofs are uploaded for your approval.
