What should I do if my proofs are incorrect?

If a proof does not look right, you do not have to accept it. Rejecting the proof reopens the file so you can send a corrected version, and a fresh proof is generated for that new file before anything prints.

• Open the order in your account and choose to reject the current proof.
• Add a short note describing what is wrong, such as a typo, wrong color, or shifted image.
• Upload the corrected print-ready file in place of the old one.
• Wait for the new proof to post, then review it the same way before approving.

Nothing moves into production until you approve a proof, so take the time to catch spelling, cropping, and color issues at this stage.
