Question
What should I do if I'm having trouble uploading my file to the website?
Answer
If a file will not upload on the website, the fix is often as simple as switching browsers. When that does not work, support can upload the file for you.
- Quick checks first: try another browser, clear your browser cache, check your internet connection, confirm the file format is supported, and reduce the file size if it is very large.
- Don't hold up the order: at checkout you can choose the upload files later option, finish placing the order, and send the artwork separately.
- Email support: if it still will not go, send your file directly to 4OVER4 customer support and they will upload it to your order, post an online proof for your review, and process it.
- Very large files: use a transfer service such as WeTransfer or Dropbox and share the download link with support.
- Reference the order: include your order number in the email so it is matched correctly. If you placed multiple orders, send a separate email per order with only that job's files, and use clear file names.
Either way, your file gets onto the order without a long delay.
