4OVER4 accepts design files through the upload on the website. If you get a blank screen after uploading, that is usually a browser hiccup rather than a hard size limit, and it clears up quickly.
If the upload stalls:
- Try a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox
- Refresh the page and upload again
- Compress or flatten an oversized file first
- Email your artwork to support as a fallback and they will upload it for you
Accepted file types:
- Print-ready PDF (preferred)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- High-resolution JPEG or PNG
