Accepting the proof is only the first half of finalizing an order. After you accept, there is one more step to actually push the job into production.
- Review and accept the online proof for your file.
- Approve the order to finalize it and authorize production.
- The job then moves into the print queue.
If the order sits after you accept the proof, make sure the final approval step is complete so nothing stalls before production.
