Question
What happens if my file has low resolution when I submit proofs?
Answer
A low-resolution flag on your proof means the uploaded artwork does not have enough detail to print sharply. The fix is simple: send a higher-quality version and request a fresh proof before anything goes to press.
- Re-export or rebuild the file at 300 DPI or greater at final print size.
- Contact support with your order number and the corrected file attached.
- New proofs are generated for your approval, so nothing prints until you sign off.
- If the original was created small, scaling it up will not add real detail. Start from the highest-resolution source you have.
