What happens if I reject proofs and upload new design files?

If you reject a proof and upload revised design files to the order, 4OVER4 reviews the updated files and posts a fresh free online proof for you to check.

• No reproofing charge: there is no additional cost to proof your revised designs.
• Same order: the new files attach to your existing order rather than starting a new one, though a significant artwork change is treated as a new order rather than a reprint.
• On hold until approval: the rejected artwork is never sent to press, and nothing moves to production until you approve the latest proof.
• Use the comments: when you click Reject Proofs, spell out what needs to change, and add design notes for anything the proof cannot show on its own, such as scoring positions, fold lines, or finishing details.
• Review again: you are notified when the updated proof is posted, with no extra action needed between upload and proof.

You can iterate until the design is right, since each revised proof is generated at no extra cost. Before approving, confirm the corrected file was the one used.
