Yes. If you need to change artwork after ordering, reject the proof and upload the corrected files for another review, so a late fix is still possible.
The steps:
- Reject the proof in your account
- Upload your new artwork
- The team reviews it and posts an updated proof
Do this before the job enters production. Once a piece is locked for print, its file can no longer be replaced, so update as early as you can.
