What file size and dimensions should my artwork be?
Answer
Your artwork must be built to the exact dimensions of the product you ordered. If the file size does not match the order, you will get a notice and can upload a corrected version.
- Match your file to the ordered product size before uploading.
- If you see a size-mismatch message, contact support for clarification.
- Log into your account and open the file upload page for that order.
- Upload the corrected file at the right dimensions.
- Include bleed and keep key content inside the safe area to avoid trimming.
