How does online proofing work?
Answer
When an order is marked for a free online proof, you receive an email notification. Reviewing and approving that proof is your responsibility, and production does not start until you approve it.
- Watch for the email letting you know the proof is ready.
- Open and review the proof in your account.
- Only you can accept the proof and approve the order.
- Approving confirms the layout and colors are correct to print.
