How do online proofs work and what do I need to do after reviewing them?

Online proofs post to your account for review, but reviewing alone does not start production. There are two separate steps you must complete before your job prints.

• Approve the proof to confirm it looks correct.
• Authorize the order to print, which tells us to send it to production.
• Approval by itself does not begin printing. If you only approve and skip authorization, the job sits and waits.
• Complete both steps so your order moves forward without delay.
