Question
How do I revise my design after rejecting the proofs?
Answer
Revising a design after you reject a proof happens inside the proofing stage, not through the reprint process. Rejecting simply reopens the file so you can supply corrected artwork.
- Reject the current proof from your order and note the changes you need in the comments.
- Upload your corrected file to the same order.
- The file team reviews the new artwork and posts an updated proof for your approval.
- This differs from a reprint. Reprints apply to orders that have already been produced, while proof revisions happen before anything goes to print.
