How do I review and approve my proofs after uploading files?

After your files are processed, 4OVER4 posts proofs to your account so you can review them before anything prints.

• Log into your account and click the order number to open the proofs.
• If everything looks right, click Approve and the order moves to production.
• If something is off, click Reject Proofs and describe the issue in the comments.
• A technician reviews your files and comments, then posts a new proof link once it is corrected.
