How do I request changes to a design after I've already placed an order?

To reuse a previous design with edits for a new order, place a new order and give clear instructions describing exactly what should change from the original.

If the order is already placed but has not entered production, you can change the design on it directly: log into your account, click the order number to open the proofs, hit Reject Proofs, and enter your corrections in the comments; a technician reviews your notes and sends a new proof link when the updated proofs are ready. You can also upload the corrected file yourself through the order's Upload button or the My Files section, or send it to support with your order number and ask them to hold the job; the team swaps in the new artwork, emails you once it is updated, and a fresh free online proof follows, with production continuing only after you approve it.
