How do I request a custom template that's not available on your site?

If the template you need is not listed on the product page, the production team can build one for you. Send your request to the production department with a few details and they will prepare and send back a working template as quickly as possible.

To speed things up, include the following in your message:

• The exact product and finished size you want, for example 3.5" x 2" cards
• Orientation, portrait or landscape
• Any folds, die-cuts, or special shapes
• Bleed and safe-area preferences if you already know them
• The design software you plan to use so they can match the file type

Once you receive the template, use it as the base layer for your artwork and keep all important text inside the safe area before you upload.
