How do I approve my online proofs after receiving them?
Answer
Approving your online proofs takes a few clicks in your account, and one important follow-up step.
- Log into your account and go to Online Proofs Available.
- Click to review your proofs.
- Click Approve once everything looks correct.
- After approval, authorize the order so it can proceed to print.
The order does not move to production on approval alone. The authorization step releases it.
