How do I approve my digital proofs?
Answer
You review and approve your digital proofs directly in your 4OVER4 account. Once a proof is ready, it is available online for you to open and check.
- Open the proof: find it under your order in your account after you are notified.
- Review everything: confirm text, images, colors, and layout are correct.
- Approve: accept the proof through the system to release the order to production.
If a detail is wrong, reject the proof and upload a corrected file so a new proof can be posted for approval.
