How do I apply for tax exemption or a resale certificate?

If your organization is tax-exempt or you hold a resale certificate, we can remove sales tax from your account or from a specific order. The process runs through our Support Team by email so we have your documentation on file.

• Step 1: email our Support Team and attach a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate or Resale Certificate.
• Step 2: we remove sales tax from your account or the order you specify.
• Going forward: once the exemption is on file, tax is automatically removed from your invoice at checkout.
• Important: we do not retroactively reimburse sales tax on orders placed more than 30 days ago, so submit your certificate before ordering.
