How can I share proofs with someone else for approval?

There is no built-in shareable proof link, so proofs are meant to be reviewed inside the account they belong to. If a colleague or client needs to sign off, you can still get the proof to them easily.

• Take a clear screenshot of the proof and send it by email or message.
• Request a PDF version of the proof and forward that file directly.
• Collect their feedback, then approve or reject the proof from your own account.

Since final approval happens in your account, gather everyone's comments before you accept so the file is right the first time.
