How can I get a sales tax exemption as a non-profit organization?

Non-profit organizations can have sales tax removed by sending us the right paperwork. Once your certificate is on file, we take tax off your account or a specific order.

• Step 1: email our Support Team with a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate or Resale Certificate.
• Step 2: we remove sales tax from your account or the order you specify.
• Time limit: we do not retroactively reimburse sales tax on orders placed more than 30 days ago.
• Tip: submit before ordering so the exemption applies from the start.
