• Double-check bleed and safe margins on the new file so the update prints cleanly.

To swap the file on a reprint order, request the reprint and support will reject the free online proof so a new file can be added. Then log into your account, click the pink Rejected button next to the order, and upload the new design. You receive a fresh proof to approve before the reprint moves to production, so the updated artwork is confirmed first.
