Can I upload a corrected file to replace my original design file?
Answer
Yes. As long as the job has not gone to press, you can send a corrected file to replace the original.
Two ways to do it:
- Upload the revised file in the My Files section of your account
- Email the corrected file and reference your order number
The team will review the new version and swap it in for the original. Just get it in before the item enters production, since files locked for printing can no longer be changed.
