Can I update the design on a previous order or do I have to create a new one?

To change the design from an earlier order, such as dropping in a new logo, you will create a fresh file on your end. 4OVER4 does not edit the original job's artwork, so the updated item goes in as new artwork.

What to do:

• Recreate the piece with your updated design
• Build it to the same size and specs as before
• Upload it as a new order
• Keep your old order number on hand for reference

If the change is minor, such as a text swap, ask support whether they can edit a stored editable file instead.
