Can I stop production if I notice an error before printing?

Yes. As long as your order has not gone to print yet, production can be stopped so you can correct a mistake. The important thing is to act quickly, since the window closes once the job moves to the press.

To stop and fix an order:

• Contact support right away and ask to hold production
• Prepare your corrected file
• Submit the new file by email or by reuploading it to your order

Once the team has the corrected file, they will update your order and continue from there. The sooner you reach out, the more likely the job can be paused in time.
