Can I change my design files after I've placed an order?
Answer
Yes, up to a point. If you reject the proof, you can upload new artwork for a fresh review, so a change of heart after ordering is not a dead end.
How it works:
- Reject the proof in your account
- Upload the new design file
- The team reviews it and posts an updated proof
This option depends on where each item is in processing. Once a piece has moved into production, its file can no longer be swapped, so make changes as early as you can.
