Custom die-cuts and nonstandard shapes are reviewed case by case. Many unusual outlines can be produced, but some may fall outside standard production limits and be declined, which is why the estimating team looks at each request before committing.

• Submit specs: a die line or mockup showing the exact shape, plus size, stock, and quantity.
• What gets checked: tight corners, thin sections, and interior cuts that affect whether the shape runs cleanly.
• Decision: the sales or estimation team returns a formal quote or lets you know if the shape is not feasible.
