What information do I need to provide for a custom folded leaflet printing job?

A folded leaflet is quoted and produced from a few key specs. The more precise you are, the more accurate the price and the fewer back-and-forth questions before production starts.

• Flat size and folded size: the sheet dimensions and the final size after folding
• Fold type: z-fold, tri-fold (letter fold), accordion, double parallel, or closed gate
• Paper: stock type and weight
• Color: full-color process plus any spot colors, and whether it prints one or both sides
• Quantity: the count for each design
• Timeline: when files will be ready and when you need delivery

If you are unsure which fold to choose, print a test copy, fold it by hand, and share a photo, or check a 3D mockup so everyone agrees on the layout before the job runs.
