Can I modify my design after I've already placed an order?
Answer
No. Once an order is placed, you cannot change the artwork on that order. If you want different files, that is treated as a new order rather than a modification, and it does not qualify for the quick reprint option.
- Allowed on a reorder: changing quantity or paper stock while keeping the same artwork.
- Not allowed as a modification: editing the design, images, or text on an existing order.
- To change the design: place a new order with the updated files.
In short, quick reprints are for running the same artwork again. Any design change starts a fresh order, so review your proof carefully before you approve it for production.
