Why do my proofs look fuzzy or blurry on screen?

Proofs often look fuzzy on screen because your browser is displaying the file larger than its true print size. This is a viewing artifact, not a defect in the final print.

• Zoom the proof to the actual product dimensions (for example 4x6 for a postcard) for an accurate preview.
• Screen resolution is far lower than print resolution, so on-screen edges can appear soft even when the file is 300 DPI.
• If the design genuinely looks low quality at true size, that usually points to a low-resolution source image.

If you believe the artwork itself is low resolution, reject the proof and resubmit with higher-resolution source files rather than approving it.
