Question
What is 4OVER4's policy on custom or specialty products not shown on the website?
Answer
4OVER4 produces the products shown on the website, and items outside that standard catalog can be requested as a custom project. The catalog is broad, though, and often covers needs that at first seem like they would require something custom.
- In scope: any product listed on the website
- Custom projects: specialty items not shown in the catalog can be requested as a custom project
- Custom within catalog: many listed products still allow custom sizes, shapes, stocks, and finishes
- Not sure? check the closest listed product first to see if its options cover your need
If a listed product almost fits, its custom options may get you the rest of the way. Sharing your dimensions, quantity, material, and deadline with the team helps them point you to the closest catalog product and quote it accurately.
