If I am a nonprofit can I receive a tax exemption?

Yes. We can remove sales tax from an order or an account once we have the right documentation on file.

• Provide a valid NYS Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (ST-119 Certificate), or
• Provide a valid NYS Resale Certificate if you are buying for resale
• Send it to us before or with your order so we can update your account and clear the tax
• The exemption can be applied to a single order or kept on file for your account, so future orders process tax free
