Put Your Brand on Something People Carry Every Day
Clip one to a set of keys and it goes wherever its owner goes: the car, the front door, the gym bag, the daily coffee run. Hand them out at an event, sell them as merch or drop them into a shipped order, and your name stays in view long after a flyer would be gone.
Doubling a first set of 25 to 50 keychains adds $28.83, so the cost per keychain drops fast in the first few tiers.
What Is an Acrylic Keychain
An acrylic keychain is a small, rigid keychain with your artwork printed in full color on each face. People reach for one when a paper handout would get lost: branded giveaways, event and trade show swag, retail merch, membership tokens, and custom gifts. If you want a softer, flexible tag instead of a hard acrylic face, the PVC Keychains are the molded sibling in the range.
What Size Is an Acrylic Keychain
The keychain measures 43mm x 65.5mm, about 1.7" x 2.6", and the printed image area inside it is 35mm x 50mm. That is big enough for a logo to read at arm's length and small enough not to add bulk to a pocket. Keep the artwork simple at this scale: one mark, one short word, strong contrast. A full lockup with a strapline that works on a business card will be unreadable here, so send the compact version of the logo, at the printed size rather than scaled up from a small web file, and keep text clear of the ring hole end.
How Much Do Acrylic Keychains Cost
A 200 run is $263.61, and 2,500 keychains cost $2,059.46, about 82 cents each. A first batch of 25 or 200 covers an event table, while a 2,500 or 5,000 run suits a product line or a season of giveaways. The bulk discounts are built into the tiers; slide to your headcount below to see the set total beside the price of one keychain.
Wally turns your logo into everyday carry
Why a $53.55 batch of acrylic keychains keeps working long after a flyer is gone.
A set of 25 acrylic keychains costs $53.55, and each one rides on keys and bags where people see your brand every day. Print full color on both sides, pick the same art or a different design per side, and set a speed as fast as same-day. Wally gets them made and in hand.
Bulk and wholesale acrylic keychains
These are printed in house, by the shop that makes them rather than a reseller, which is what keeps a same-day rush possible. The price break lives in the run, not in the reorder, so a design ordered once for the whole year costs less per piece than the same design split across four small orders: 1,000 keychains cost $939.11, about 94 cents each. The run is printed to your artwork and shipped anywhere in the country.
Can You Print a Different Design on Each Side
Yes. Each side uses the full image area, so you can run a logo on the front and a QR code, a phone number or a second design on the back, which lets one keychain work as a mini business card or a loyalty piece.
How Do You Send Your File and Approve a Proof

How Do Acrylic Keychains Compare to the Rest of the Range
Acrylic keychains are the pocket-size pick in the acrylic range. The comparison below puts them beside acrylic magnets and acrylic prints with the starting price of each.
How Fast Can You Get Acrylic Keychains
Acrylic keychains print on a 5 business day standard turnaround, and when a date sneaks up you can move that to 4-day, 3-day, 2-day, next-day, or even same-day production. Each step buys back time for a set amount on top of the base price, so you only pay for speed when you need it. Same-day orders ship that afternoon from the New York facility once they are approved by the cutoff. Across the board, 99.8% of 4OVER4 orders arrive on time and 82% ship early, so you are not gambling on the date.
What Do People Use Acrylic Keychains For
Brands hand them out at trade shows and events as swag that survives the trip home. Shops and creators sell them as merch, since a custom character or logo on acrylic reads as a real product, and gyms, clubs and membership programs use them as tokens people keep clipped on. Acrylic Keychains: Frequently Asked Questions
Are these good to sell as merchandise?
They are made for it: a rigid acrylic body survives a keyring, and the tiers up to 5,000 bring the unit cost down for a retail run. The same batch can serve as an insert in shipped orders.
