Can you mail Postcards with rounded corners?
Answer
Rounded-corner postcards can be mailed, but the postal service only allows a specific corner radius for automated processing. Anything outside that spec still ships, it just needs an envelope.

If your artwork uses a larger radius, plan for envelopes so the batch clears postal handling.
