How do I approve my online proofs before printing?

When a proof is ready, it is posted online for your order so you can review it and give the go-ahead before anything prints. Approving the proof is your confirmation that the layout, colors, and text are correct.

• Watch your email for the proof notification, then open the proof tied to your order.
• Check spelling, images, sizing, and color, since approval locks the file for print.
• If there is a hold on the proof, contact support to have it lifted before you can approve.
• For some orders you may be asked to sign and return an acknowledgement form as part of sign-off.

If you upload revised files after a proof is posted, let support know so a fresh proof can be generated and you do not accidentally approve an outdated version.
