What can I do if I am having difficulty uploading my files?
Answer
If an upload stalls or your file is too large, you do not have to hold up the order.
- Files over 150MB cannot be uploaded during checkout.
- Select Upload Files Later and continue placing the order online.
- Log into your account afterward to add the artwork.
- Contact our Support Team if you still run into trouble getting files to us.
