If you are having difficulty uploading your files or they exceed 150MB, then simply select "Upload Files Later" and continue to generate the order online. Here is how you do that. After adding an item to your cart, you will see a "Choose a File Transfer Method" button. Click that button. Once clicked, you will be taken to the File Upload page. Find "Upload Files Later" and check the box. That's It ! Once your order has been placed and you have an order number, reach out to our support team at the link below with the order number, files, or file transfer link. Contact Support Team. If the files are too large for you to attach, you can also use DropB ox, wetransfer.com, or send us an FTP link to retrieve your files.
