Both paths work, so use whichever fits how you like to design.
- Upload your own print-ready PDF if you or your designer already built the artwork
- Start from a blank template with the correct size, bleed, and safe zone already marked
- Build from scratch in an online design tool if you would rather work in the browser
Whichever route you take, keep the file at 300 DPI in CMYK with bleed so it prints exactly as you see it on screen.
